However, we may consider a refund in special cases, such as:

Technical issue preventing access

Time Limit

Within 7 Calendar Days

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days after your product or course activation date. The activation date is automatically logged in our system when you first access the course content.

Usage Limit

Less Than 20% Consumed

You must have consumed less than 20% of the course content at the time of your refund request. Content consumption is tracked and verified through our learning management system’s analytics.

Both conditions must be met simultaneously. If you are within the 7-day window but have consumed more than 20% of the content, or if you have consumed less than 20% but the 7-day period has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
